I have observed routine for my wife, mother and sisters and some friends too. Housewives typically get time in the afternoon, When husbands are off to work, children have gone to schools, all household works are complete. They can easily find some 4 hours time for themselves or may be more, if they extend themselves. It normally depends on the situations, they are in.
